Al-Atari demands cancelation of transfers

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: Undersecretary of Ministry of Education and Higher Education Dr Haitham Al-Atari has declared the exclusion of internal transfer and secondment of teachers from the decision of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) concerning the cancelation of transfer and secondment of employees of ministries until the formation of the new government, reports Al-Anba daily.

Al-Atari, in his decision, said the transfer and secondment of employees of the ministry must be cancelled until the formation of the new government except the internal transfer of teachers within each educational zone.

He also demanded cancelation of all secondment and transfer of supervisory jobs according to CSC’s Decision No. 16/2016 for cancelation of all secondment, promotion and transfer of supervisory jobs in all ministries, public authorities and official bodies starting from Nov 1, 2016 until the formation of the new government.
