Al-Anaz dominates at 'Atyab Al-Marshoud' International Show Jumping Championship

Grand Prix winners celebrate victory on the podium.

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 10: Sahara Resort star and national equestrian team rider, Anaz Al-Anaz, claimed two major victories during the first two days of the 12th edition of the international Atyab Al-Marshoud showjumping championship at the Kuwait Equestrian Center.

On the first day, Al-Anaz won the Grand Prix title at 140 cm, while Abdullah Al-Ramadan secured first place in the medium prize event at 130 cm, and Fawaz Al-Rashed triumphed in the small prize event at 120 cm.

Al-Anaz continued his dominant performance on the second day, taking the Grand Prix at 145 cm, followed by Saudi Arabia’s Abdullah Al-Sharbatly, Britain’s Chad Fellows, Kuwaiti Fawaz Al-Subaie, Saudi Saad Al-Ajmi, and Kuwaiti Yara Al-Hunaidi.

In the medium prize at 130 cm, Kuwait Club and national team rider Ali Al-Kharafi claimed the top spot.

The champions were officially crowned by Walid Al-Marshoud, Marshoud Al-Marshoud, Qatari Ambassador Ali Al-Mahmoud, Bahraini Ambassador Salah Al-Maliki, and British Ambassador Qudsi Rasheed.
