Kuwait City. 22 Oct: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) recently participated in the Watheefti career fair as part of its ongoing efforts to attract the top local talent and youth. Known as the largest of its kind in the country, the career fair was held at The Arena with companies from various sectors coming together to meet potential job seekers.

ABK endeavors to attract future leaders where Watheefti provided an ideal platform to introduce the Bank and the various career and development opportunities offered.

Commenting on the importance of the Bank’s participation, Afrah Alarbash, General Manager of Human Resources at ABK, said, "As a leading financial institution in Kuwait, ABK recognizes the vital role that youth play in shaping the future of our country. Through Watheefti, we had direct engagement with the best local talent where we managed to yield high caliber applicants amongst a competitive pool of candidates interested in the banking industry.”

Alarbash elaborated that Watheefti also helped ABK gain insights into the demands and expectations of job seekers. She said, “Our interaction with candidates allowed us to develop a deeper understanding that we can use in our recruitment strategies to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.”
