SHARJAH, March 6: Air Arabia has begun operating a limited number of flights to and from the United Arab Emirates as part of a gradual resumption of services. The airline urged passengers to check its Travel Update page for the latest flight schedules.
According to the carrier, customers whose flights were previously cancelled can now rebook if they have not already opted for a refund or modification. Tickets for available flights can be purchased through the airline’s website, mobile app, or authorized travel agents.
Air Arabia said passengers whose flights remain cancelled will be notified directly by email or SMS with alternative options. The airline advised travelers not to go to the airport unless they have been contacted directly or hold a confirmed booking.
The airline reminded passengers to:
- Check flight status regularly via its website.
- Use the website to modify bookings made through direct channels.
- Contact travel agents directly for agency-issued tickets.
- Keep contact details updated through the “Manage Booking” page to receive timely notifications.
Air Arabia noted that flights continue to depend on operational and regulatory approvals, with the schedule subject to change as the situation evolves.
“The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority,” the airline said, adding that it is experiencing a high volume of inquiries and appreciates customers’ understanding.
