KUWAIT CITY, Sep 8: Ahmadi Municipality has removed porta cabins, three food trucks and an abandoned boat found in violation of Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Regulations in the Al-Hajin area.

The violations were recorded during an inspection tour conducted by the supervisory team of the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department at the Ahmadi Governorate Municipality branch. The seized items were removed from the area and transferred to the municipality’s impoundment site.

Saad Al-Khurainj, Director of the Ahmadi Governorate Municipality Branch, said the intensified field inspections aim to identify violations and take all necessary legal action against offenders.

He said the supervisory teams are also focused on improving cleanliness across areas under their jurisdiction, removing objects that distort the general appearance or obstruct roads, and maintaining the governorate’s overall appearance.

Al-Khurainj stressed that inspection campaigns will continue and that the municipality will not be lenient in enforcing the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Regulations and taking legal action against violators.
