Al-Roumi and Al-Kandari present the ‘Marbat Al-Nawasi’ Cup to the winner.

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 3: The horse “Aghli Nayef”, owned by Al-Fahran Stables, claimed the Al-Nawasi Stable Cup, sponsored by Allam Ali Al-Kandari, for purebred Arabian horses of Egyptian bloodlines, after winning the 1,600-meter race in a time of 2:02.10. The victory came in the seventh race of the 14th meeting at the Hunting and Equestrian Club.

In other results, “Mahmas”, owned by Al-Owaimer, won the Al-Anbaa Newspaper Cup in the fifth race, while “Batal Dubai”, owned by Al-Shouri, captured the Hunting and Equestrian Club Cup in the sixth race.

At the conclusion of the event, Hamad Allam Al-Kandari, representing his father, the owner of Al-Nawasi Stable, along with Alaa Hamad Al-Roumi, owner of Al-Raya Stable, presented the trophies to the winners. Al-Roumi also handed Al-Kandari a commemorative shield in recognition of his continued support for horse racing.

Hamad Allam Al-Kandari reaffirmed Al-Nawasi Stable’s commitment to supporting purebred Arabian horses of Egyptian bloodlines, emphasizing the importance of preserving this valued equestrian tradition.
