After Workers Complain, Kuwait Labor Inspectors Target Mahboula Security Firm

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 27: The Public Authority for Manpower conducted a field inspection of a security company in Mahboula as part of its “Report Me” campaign, following complaints previously submitted by workers at the company.

The inspection team included representatives from the Authority’s Occupational Safety Monitoring team, Labor Relations Department and Information Systems Center.

The Authority said each participating department would take the necessary action within its jurisdiction. The Occupational Safety Monitoring team is expected to issue a notification to the company requiring it to address the issues identified during the inspection.

The Authority also confirmed that its team received complaints previously submitted by the company’s workers during the visit and that the necessary legal measures would be taken in response.

The inspection forms part of the Authority’s efforts to monitor labor conditions, address workers’ complaints and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
