KUWAIT CITY: Ahmadi security patrols arrested an African man and five African expatriate women after finding 18 bottles of locally produced liquor in their possession in the Mahboula area.
According to a security source, an Ahmadi security patrol was conducting a routine security tour in Mahboula when officers became suspicious of a vehicle. The patrol stopped the vehicle and found an African man and five African women inside.
During checks, security personnel discovered that the five women had been reported missing. Officers then conducted a precautionary search of the vehicle, during which they found 18 bottles of locally produced liquor.
The six suspects and the seized liquor were referred to the competent authorities for the necessary legal procedures and further investigation.
