KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: The Criminal Investigations Department has allegedly busted a gang of Africans for forging Kuwaiti banknotes worth millions of dinars, reports Al- Rai daily. Without going into details, the daily said along with the gang members, police have seized special papers, inks, and highly sophisticated machinery.
