Hayat Al Fahd

KUWAIT CITY, April 13 : Attorney Mujbel Shreika announced through his Twitter account that all tweets and audio clips deemed offensive to famous Kuwaiti actress Hayat Al-Fahd are being monitored, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

In his tweet, Shreika stated: “All the tweets offending Hayat Al-Fahd and everyone who posted audio clips attributed to her are being monitored. Legal measures will be taken against the offenders. I warn that no such audio recording should be published without her permission.”

Al-Fahd was engulfed in controversies after her statement about the expatriate workers, as she called for the expulsion of these expatriates and she expressed her anger because they are increasing pressure on Kuwait in light of the novel coronavirus crisis.

Many of her followers expressed, through the hashtag of Hayat Al-Fahd, who trended on Twitter, anger toward her statement: “Their countries do not like them, and we bear them?  Get them out and pick them up in the desert.”
