Absent from Work? Report Directly to Manpower via As'hal Platform Now

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 8: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has rolled out a streamlined "Notification of Absence from Work" service via the As'hal portal, effective immediately, to simplify employer reporting and cut bureaucratic visits.

Key Features

Employers can now submit electronic absence reports digitally; employees receive instant As'hal app notifications and have 60 days to contest with the Labor Relations Department. No Labor Department trips required—print notifications directly from the office without PAM signatures, secured by QR code verification.

Time-Sensitive Process

Printed notifications expire after 3 working days and must be filed with the Ministry of Interior's Residency Affairs Directorate within that window to finalize absence procedures.

PAM hailed the launch as a leap in automation, promising faster services for Kuwait's workforce. Access via As'hal for company services at manpower.gov.kw.
