KUWAIT CITY, May 6: About 600 teachers that the Ministry of Education hired from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Palestine will arrive in batches in the coming days to address the academic manpower shortage in public schools, reports Al-Anba daily. The ministry has initiated coordination with its Ministry of Health counterpart to ensure that medical examination procedures for these teachers are conducted promptly. This will facilitate the appointment process and enable them to start working in public schools in time for the new academic year. In response, the Ministry of Health has instructed the General Medical Council and other concerned authorities to streamline the medical examination procedures for these teachers
