KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: A report was received by the Ministry of Interior that a person in abnormal condition assaulted some people and damaged dispensary in Abu Halifa clinic, the security men when they reached the location the person who was a a Kuwaiti citizen resisted them hence he was arrested and referred to the competent authorities. His motives for such behavior were not yet clear. Two cases have been registered against him ie. Destruction of state property and assault. On social media the below clip was circulated widely stating a person was arrested in a clinic in Ahmadi governorate.
