The work bridges the collective memory of the 1985 café bombings (Tafjirat Al Maqahi Al Shaabeya), the hijacking of the “Al-Jabriya,” the 1990 Gulf War, and the 2003 Souq Sharq bombing with contemporary challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and modern regional tensions.
