KUWAIT CITY, April 23: Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co (AAW) announced today it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Scandinavian-based company JYSK Group to bring their world renowned furniture and household products to Kuwait.
Under the terms of the agreement, AAW will launch the flagship store by the end of 2017 and more stores over the next five years.
The flagship store will provide over 1,000 sqm of retail space and include a wide range of price points across bedroom, bathroom, outdoor furniture, home accessories and more.
Offering quality furniture and household products with relatively low prices the JYSK Group is a brand synonymous with style, quality and value. Kuwait will be the Group’s entry into the Middle East and GCC market.
The signing ceremony took place at AAW headquarters in Sharq, Kuwait City and was attended by AAW Chairman and CEO Faisal Ali Al Mutawa, JYSK Group Franchise Director Frederick Kroun and AAW Furniture General Manager Mubarak A. Al Ali.
