AAW’s team proudly participated in this year’s Gulf Bank Marathon.

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 1: Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Co. (AAW) participated as a Gold Sponsor in the 11th Gulf Bank 642 Marathon, held on November 29, 2025, at Souq Sharq. The company participated through INTERSPORT, one of the world’s leading sports retailers, and Joe & The Juice, the globally recognized Danish cafe brand known for its juices, coffee, and healthy foods.

This sponsorship reflects Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial Company’s commitment to supporting community and sports activities that contribute to enhancing public health. Several employees participated in the marathon, and the AAW team was present on-site to encourage runners and motivate them to complete the race. The company also took part in the winners' ceremony for the men’s and women’s 42 KM categories, presenting trophies and prizes from INTERSPORT.

INTERSPORT participated with a dedicated booth showcasing a wide selection of running essentials, including footwear, apparel, and accessories from various global brands. The booth also featured an interactive activity that allowed visitors to test their abilities and win valuable prizes. Joe & The Juice participated through its Joe Tour, offering juices, beverages, and healthy light snacks, and introduced a special juice created specifically for the marathon.

The Gulf Bank 642 Marathon is considered one of Kuwait’s largest and most prominent sporting events, attracting participants from around the world. The event features four races: 5 KM, 10 KM, 21 KM, and the full 42 KM marathon.
