KUWAIT CITY, March 29: A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested by the General Administration for Drug Control with possession of 2 kgs of hashish, a pistol with bullets, tires and tools to cut open the tires. He was referred to the competent authorities to take necessary legal action against him.
