A commercial store violates precautionary measures

KUWAIT, May 9: The Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced today, Saturday, one store was shut as it did not comply with the health precautionary measures in avoid to spread the infection of coronavirus.

MOCI said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that its inspection teams monitored 133 cooperative societies, central markets, commercial stores and vegetable stands to determine the extent of their commitment and maintain the stability of product prices.

The inspection teams monitored 54 catering branches to ensure the flow of sales and delivery of foodstuffs to their beneficiaries.
Emergency center received 130 complaints via the hotline (135) and four complaints through the control centers, while 20 ration cards were renewed and issued. (KUNA)
