KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have arrested in the early hours of the morning three young people – a bedoun, and two women one of them Iraqi and the other bedoun – and referred them for interrogation, reports Al-Rai daily.
