KUWAIT, Feb 28: Hooliganism on national day celebrations was dealt with a strong fist by the Ministry of Interior. 32 fights reported, 13 vehicles were impounded for violating traffic rules, 7 run-overs, 100 accidents, 6 bikes seized, 504 citations were issued, 12 wanted persons were arrested, 25 reckless cases were recorded, 20 people carrying sharp tools and sticks, 8 people for drug abuse, 21 lost children’s reports, 16 arrested without identification documents, 3 absconders and 921 items were seized during celebrations.
