KUWAIT CITY, Sept 21: Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and State Minister for Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh disclosed Kuwait’s desire to increase the number of seats granted to Kuwait Airways carriers from 12,000 to 90,000 per week, as the current number of seat allocation does not match the number of Indian expatriates living in Kuwait.

Akbar and his accompanying delegation who are currently on an official visit in the country. Al-Sabeeh stressed that the current seat allocation of 12,000, which was granted in 2017, do not match the number of Indian expatriates in the country.

Work is currently underway to establish this electronic link and deal with any obstacles facing this project, as it will contribute to the recruitment of skilled labors required in the labor market of Kuwait and filter out marginal laborers who do not add any value to the labor market.
