90 years in prison for a young Bedoun for kidnap and rape

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 7: Police have arrested a young Bedoun who had been sentenced in absentia to 90 years in prison for crimes including kidnap and rape and drug addiction, reports Al-Rai daily. The suspect was caught at a police check point in Farwaniya and taken into custody for failing to show his ID. When police checked the young man’s records they discovered he had been sentenced in absentia to several jail terms totaling 90 years for – kidnapping, raping, entering a house with intent to commit a crime and drug abuse. He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
