9 New Shrapnel Reports Handled, Total Cases Rise to 802

KUWAIT CITY, April 10:The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior said its Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams dealt with nine new reports over the past 24 hours involving the fall of shrapnel linked to defensive interception operations amid ongoing hostile activity targeting the country.

In a statement, Interior Ministry spokesperson Brigadier General Nasser Bousleib said the incidents are part of what he described as continued violations and attacks against Kuwait, bringing the total number of related reports since the beginning of the incidents to 802.

He added that EOD teams continue to respond to reports involving shrapnel and unidentified objects, supported by field monitoring and rapid response operations.

Brigadier General Bousleib also presented a visual briefing on field efforts, stressing that state agencies remain fully organized and on high alert to monitor developments and ensure the safety of citizens and the security of the country.
