KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23: The latest statistics on the marriage of Kuwaitis show that the number of Kuwaitis who got married from Jan 1 to Nov 13 totaled 8,594 -- 85.5 percent or 7,332 married their compatriot, reports Al-Rai daily.
Meanwhile, 471 Kuwaiti men got married to Saudi women within the same period, 113 married Iraqi women, 63 married Syrian women, 43 married Egyptian women, 33 married Lebanese women, 18 married Yemeni women, 16 married Bahraini women, eight married Omani women, three married Somali women, two married Qatari women and one married an Emirati woman.
