KUWAIT CITY, Dec 29: The Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) has announced the referral of 82 individuals to the Public Prosecution for either submitting inaccurate financial disclosure statements or failing to submit them within the legally prescribed deadlines.
Nazaha stressed the importance for all individuals subject to financial disclosure requirements to submit their statements accurately and on time, to avoid legal consequences and the penalties outlined in Law No. 2 of 2016.
