KUWAIT CITY, Nov 2: The Ministry of Interior has reported a significant achievement in the fight against narcotics. In its continued efforts to combat outlaws and eradicate the sources of drug smuggling and trafficking, the General Administration for Narcotics Control successfully arrested an individual in possession of a substantial quantity of narcotics.

This operation was the result of meticulous search and investigation procedures. Law enforcement officers gathered information pointing to an individual with narcotics in their possession. Through continuous surveillance and careful monitoring, the authorities obtained the necessary legal authorization to apprehend the suspect. Upon confrontation, the individual confessed to being in possession of 80 kilograms of narcotic hashish, which he had brought from another country in collaboration with an overseas partner.

The General Administration underscores that the suspect and the seized narcotics have been handed over to the appropriate authorities for further legal action.
