KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9: Recent statistics of the Interior Ministry showed that roughly 400,000 new automobiles of all types entered Kuwait in the last four years for the purpose of private and public transport, as well as construction, indicating an average of 100,000 new vehicles entered the country in each year, reports Al-Qabas daily. A breakdown of statistics showed 78 percent of citizens and expatriate residents purchasing cars in Kuwait prefer used cars. It also said 1.843 million used cars were sold in Kuwait since 2014 until the end of the third quarter of 2017 at an average of 450,000 cars annually, according to the records of the Ministry of the Interior.
