KUWAIT CITY, Jan 4: The Kuwait Municipality announced the removal of 741 violating camps established outside the sites identified by the municipality in its plan for the 2022/23 spring season. The municipality added in a press statement today, Wednesday, that the Department of Public Cleanliness and Road Works in the Jahra and Al- Ahmadi governorates also alerted 261 violating camps, in preparation for their removal.
The municipality stressed that citizens and residents adhere to the sites, conditions and controls set by the municipality for camping in the spring season 2022/2023, especially licensing their camps and not constructing dirt berms, paving or bulldozing soil in order to preserve wildlife. (KUNA)
