KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Tuesday referred 60 individuals subject to financial disclosure regulations to the Public Prosecution on suspicion of submitting inaccurate financial disclosure statements or failing to submit them within the legally specified deadlines, reports Al-Seyassah daily. Nazaha emphasized to all individuals subject to financial disclosure regulations the importance of accurately completing and submitting their statements within the legally mandated deadlines, stressing that this is both a legal and ethical obligation aimed at protecting public funds, promoting transparency and integrity, and strengthening public trust in state institutions.
