6 Missiles Fired Toward Riyadh as Saudi Forces Down 2

RIYADH, Mar 27: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense said its air defenses detected the launch of six ballistic missiles toward the Riyadh area, successfully intercepting two of them, while the remaining four fell into the waters of the Arabian Gulf and uninhabited areas.

In separate incidents, authorities confirmed that multiple drones were intercepted and destroyed, including two in the Riyadh and Eastern regions and another in the Eastern region earlier. Officials said the interceptions prevented any reported casualties or damage, as security forces remain on high alert amid ongoing regional tensions.
