5.9-magnitude quake hits Papua New Guinea Region: GFZ

HONG KONG, Feb 21, (Xinhua): An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted Papua New Guinea Region at 0618 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said. The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 5.34 degrees south latitude and 145.75 degrees east longitude.
