538 infected from coronavirus; 3 deaths

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 08: Kuwait Ministry of Health reported 3 deaths and 538 cases due to COVID-19. The death toll climbed up to 811 and the infected cases to 131,743, health ministry data showed.

According to ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, the number of people hospitalized with the virus stands at 8,356; 121 of whom in intensive care units.
Al-Sanad added that 5,105 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hrs, with a total of 965,830 so far.
Meanwhile, some 687 people recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours to raise the total to 122,576, the ministry said.
