KUWAIT CITY, Nov 13: Kuwait Municipality announced on Thursday that it has removed 51 illegal camps, along with three chalets and a container, in the Ahmadi stables area as part of an ongoing field campaign targeting unauthorized camping sites.

In a press statement, the Municipality said that field teams from the Cleaning and Road Occupancy Department continue their intensified inspection campaigns to remove violating camps, following directives from the Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Abdulatif Al-Mishari.

Saad Al-Khurainej, Director of the Ahmadi Municipality Branch, affirmed that the inspection teams will step up their field campaigns and will not hesitate to take all legal measures against violators.

He also urged the public to comply with regulations and municipal laws to avoid penalties.
