RIYADH, Mar 18: Saudi Civil Defense reported that four residents were injured after debris from an intercepted ballistic missile fell on a residential area in the capital on Wednesday.

According to the official spokesperson, the incident resulted from the successful interception of the missile, with falling debris causing injuries to four residents of Asian nationality and limited material damage to nearby property. Emergency teams responded promptly and implemented approved safety procedures.

The Civil Defense condemned attempts to target civilian areas, describing such actions as a clear violation of international humanitarian law, and reaffirmed its commitment to protecting residents and responding swiftly to emergencies.
