KUWAIT CITY, Feb 15: The Council of Ministers approved in its weekly meeting Civil Services Commission memorandum regarding the National Day and Liberation Day holidays. It will begin on February 25th (Thursday) and end on February 28th (Sunday). Ministries and Government agencies will resume back on duty on Monday, March 1st.
