4 Bangladeshis caught for kidnapping & ransom case

KUWAIT CITY, March 30: The Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh police have arrested a gang of 4 Bangladeshis and are looking for two others for robbing people and kidnapping their countrymen and demanding ransom to release them, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily did not give more details.

2 citizens held for thefts: The Farwaniya police have arrested two citizens from an unidentified GCC state for robbing people in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Farwaniya and Khaitan, reports Al-Anba daily. A security source said the arrest came after an Indian filed a complaint with the police accusing two people driving in a pickup wagon of stopping him and demanding to see his ID. The men then forced him to hand over his money and drove off. Police investigations succeeded in arresting both men and the Indian then identified them from a police lineup. During interrogation the men have admitted to robbing eight people. They have been handed over to the authorities.
