KUWAIT CITY, June 2: The Jahra security has opened an investigation and are looking for the parents of a baby who was dumped near a garbage container in Jahra, reports Al-Rai daily. This is the third incident in ten days. The cries of the baby were heard by a passerby and he informed the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry.
