KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: The Ministry of Interior carried out its intensive security campaign to root out illegals in expats. During a security campaign in Khaitan area 39 expats of various nationalities were arrested for violating residence law. They have been referred to the competent authority to take legal measures.
