KUWAIT CITY, Apr 6: 350 Asian workers who were present in Kabd quarantine area due to over crowding of expatriate workers subjected to institutional quarantine were transferred to the Kuwait Oil Company quarantine in the Ratqa area which is designated for expatriate workers in Kuwait.
