KUWAIT CITY, April 9: The latest statistics revealed that 34 juveniles were referred to the Juvenile Prosecution from April 1-7 for driving without a license, reports Al-Anba daily. The statistics also showed that 27,387 violation citations were issued and 39 individuals wanted by law were arrested, in addition to 57 expatriates who violated the Residency Law.
