KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: Some 32 Asian and African nationals were rounded up at a cleaning company in Jahra area by officers from the Residency Affairs Sector, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The raid was conducted under the guidance of Assistant Undersecretary for Citizenship and Passport Affairs in the Ministry of Interior Major General Mazen Al-Jarrah Al- Sabah.

A security source said a case was registered against the cleaning company for providing shelter for the suspects. The sector has since warned individuals and companies against keeping residency law violators, noting the law will be strictly implemented against any company or individual caught sheltering residency law violators. It also said the files of such companies will be closed.
