MANILA, Aug 24, (Xinhua): Three motorists have died and one has been injured after a van crashed into two roadside houses along a highway in Quezon province, southeast of Manila, police said Sunday.
In a report, police said the van was enroute to a village from the town center when it crashed into two houses in San Narciso town around 4:30 p.m. local time Saturday.
The accident killed the car's 45-year-old male driver and his two passengers, a 62-year-old male and a 57-year-old female. Another 48-year-old female passenger was also injured in the accident. No occupants of the two houses were injured in the crash. Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
