3 Asians held for erratic behavior

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 14: Three Asian men were detained by security personnel in Ardiya for behaving erratically. According to security sources, officers on patrol in Ardiya noticed the men behaving erratically, prompting their immediate detention. They have been referred to the relevant authorities for investigations.
