3 Asians caught selling subsidized foodstuff

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 24: The Farwaniya police have arrested three Asians for selling subsidized foodstuffs. They were caught in the vicinity of a garbage dump in Khaitan, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the suspects took to their heels when they saw the police vehicle approaching leaving behind their goods, but they were arrested and handed over to the authorities for investigation. Police later confiscated large quantities of rice, sugar, milk powder and cooking oil from the suspects.
