KUWAIT CITY, July 16: The airlines operating at the Kuwait International Airport have raised their levels of preparedness to coincide with the return of citizens and residents who spent the Eid al-Adha holiday outside the country, reports Al-Qabas daily. The airport sources said until yesterday 285,000 people returned to the country after spending their Eid holidays aboard 1,737 flights.

Informed sources stated that the Eid holiday coincided with the travel of pilgrims and their return from the Holy Land, as well as with the summer travel season, and this increased the responsibilities of the agencies operating at the airport to provide comfort for travelers and facilitate the smooth movement of their departure and return to the country.
