28 Farms Closed in Al Salibiya After Fire Safety Violations Found

KUWAIT CITY, Jul 28: The General Fire Force has launched an inspection campaign in Al Jahra Governorate, resulting in the closure of 28 agricultural holdings for violating fire safety regulations.

The campaign, carried out on Tuesday in the Al Salibiya agricultural area in cooperation with the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources, aimed to identify sites failing to comply with fire prevention and safety requirements.

During the inspections, authorities found a number of farms being used as warehouses in violation of regulations. Administrative closure orders were issued, along with official notices against the violating sites.

The General Fire Force said inspection campaigns will continue to ensure compliance with safety standards and reduce fire risks across the country.
