KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: Statistics issued by the General Traffic Department from October 28 until Friday, revealed that 23,503 various violations were issued and 79 violators were referred to the prosecution, including 25 juveniles for driving without a license, while the rest of the 54 violators committed serious violations, and the majority of them were issued direct traffic violations.
Also, 120 vehicles and motorcycles were referred to the vehicle impoundment garage, and 78 wanted persons, 12 violators of the residency law, and 6 absentees were arrested.
