KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: The Ministry of Interiors Residency Department carried out a surprise campaign in Farwaniya governorate against violators of residency law, absconders and marginal workers, which resulted in arresting 21 residence violators who were referred to the competent authorities to take necessary legal measures against them.
