KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Customs officers at the Air Customs Department were able to seize two parcels weighing 15 kilograms, containing the chemical narcotic substance.
The Director of Air Customs Mutlaq Al-Enezi, said the two parcels came from an unidentified European country and the documents said the contents were ‘herbal samples’ but after carefully inspecting the contents the customs officers had no doubt that the contraband was in fact chemical narcotic. The parcels have been referred to concerned authorities. The daily did not say if anyone has been arrested
