KUWAIT CITY, Feb 9: The Public Prosecution ordered the arrest of two citizens and two expatriates for forging medical certificates supposedly issued by the Ministry of Health, reports Al-Jarida daily. A defendant submitted a forged medical certificate to his employer – the Ministry of Justice. The prosecution interrogated the defendants, and then charged them with forging official documents, using these forged documents and misappropriating public funds.

When the authorities searched the house of one of the defendants, they found medical certificates and seals of the Health Ministry. The prosecution ordered detention of two defendants and release of two others on bail, indicating investigations have yet to be completed.
